It’s difficult. There’s a lot going on.
You need a script supervisor when making your film. A good script supervisor makes your life easier – they keep track of the micro, important elements of your project, so that you can worry about the macro.

FULLY DIGITAL WORKFLOW
I work with a fully digital workflow, making my notes easy to decipher, while also helping with distribution and organization when it comes to sharing my reports at the end of a shoot. My kit includes:
MacBook Pro: Where I create all of the reports for a given project.
CineEye 2S: My wireless video transmitter allows me to grab high definition screen grabs to aid with continuity as well as grabbing any camera information from the video village monitor.
iPad: Where I keep the script and all of my notes that go with it. Having these on my iPad allows me to be mobile between takes when I have notes to relay to the director.
Music Stand: Helps me keep a small footprint on set while giving me a place to set up.
Stopwatch: Allows me to time rehearsals and takes of a given scene.
Peter Skarratt System/ Scriptation: The two programs that I use for creating my script supervising notes.
